Everest - Kumbh Mela

THE BRIEF

Everest Industries Limited offers building solutions for roofing, ceiling, wall, flooring and cladding and steel buildings for industrial, commercial and residential applications.

The brand had to be promoted at the Kumbh Mela in Nashik for a month, which is one of the most revered Hindu pilgrimages and has a footfall of more than 100 million people.

OUR ACTION

We covered ground through innovative mediums and ensured the brand enjoyed prime visibility and customer interaction.

We created 5 gigantic watchtowers, which were used by the Maharashtra Police to track traffic and patrons. Ads were placed on all the four sides of the tower, which were visible from far and wide thanks to the height and huge surface area.

We also installed 40 direction boards at the many bus stops created to ferry people to Ram Kund and Sita Kund and covered all the entry and exit points of Nashik.The 9 inner parking (entry point to the Yatra) inside the city and 9 outer parking that was 5 km. away from the inner parking area were even utilized for branding.

 

We ensured the brand’s audio ad was announced after ever 15 minutes for 16 hours in a day at all the bus stops and through the public address system across Nashik.

To capitalize on the free time that people spent on shopping and exploring Nashik, we created a 20x20 stall where the different types of roofing sheets and product range were displayed. This created an opportunity for people to know about the products and get a touch and feel of them. There were 4 promoters to pull the crowd to the stall and give product explanations, 2 of them spoke Hindi, while the other 2 were Marathi speaking for easy and effective communication. People who visited the stall and inquired about the products were given branded key chains as a token gift.
